Shipping policy
How Stonitto prepares stone orders for export.
This is a practical B2B shipping summary. Final terms are confirmed in the quote or proforma invoice for each order.
Shipping terms
We can discuss EXW, FOB, or CIF-style arrangements depending on the order, destination, and freight availability.
Packing
Slabs, tiles, and blocks are packed according to format, quantity, and route. Export packing is confirmed before shipment.
Inspection
Buyers can request QC photos before crating or dispatch. Third-party inspection can be discussed for larger orders.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, and shipment documents are prepared according to the confirmed route and buyer requirements.
Lead time
Custom products depend on stone, finish, size, quantity, and production schedule. Ready-to-ship stock moves faster because the stock is already fixed.
