These terms are a summary for buyers. Final order terms are the confirmed quote, proforma invoice, and any written agreement between both sides.
Quotes
Product prices are usually ranges or starting prices until material, finish, size, quantity, destination, and timing are confirmed.
Ready-to-ship stock
Ready-to-ship stock is fixed. Stone, finish, size, quantity, and price are tied to that specific stock.
Payments
Payment stages and banking details are confirmed per order. Do not pay to any account that is not confirmed through official Stonitto communication.
Changes
Custom orders may not be changeable after production starts. Ready-to-ship stock is not held by a request: it stays on offer to others until payment secures it.
Claims
Inspection and claim windows should be agreed before shipment, especially for third-party inspection, packing photos, and destination handling.
